DTC 36?

1993 Olds 88, 3.8L
Engine runs rough after getting to operating temp.
CEL comes on & off.
Today I jumped AB teminals on ALDL, and got DTC 36[Disributor Ignition system].
Does anyone know which faulty component, is most common issue with DTC 36?
Ignition Control Module? -location?
Pick Up Coil? -location?
Coil Pack?
