I've got an Olds 350 ('69 block +.030, #6 heads worked to match W31 specs) in my dirt track car, its VERY strong when its not running hot...problem is is always running hot (240-260). I've got a double pass rad, just built a fan shroud, 7-8 qt oil pan with remote filter AND oil cooler, a solid (not flex) fan, bypass hose to run water from the back of the motor to the front. the bypass that goes from the water pump to the water outlet on the engin is blocked off...are there any tricks????
