Greetings all,

My brother in law is offering me his 97 LSS for $3,500. The car has 58,000 miles on it and is supercharged. I like the look of the car and the fact that it is supercharged. The car seems very solid but he said that the transmission has been rebuilt. There is a 2-3 year warranty on the transmission. My questions are, does this seem like a good price for the car? Why would the transmission have problems with only 58k? Should I expect to have more transmission problems in the future if I buy the car?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

no worry about the tranny.
theres a lot of it in the friendly car jank yards..
