Default Trani flush, 2000 Alero

Hello,

First time posting here. My son has a 2000 Alero with the 3500 (I believe) V-6. I am looking for a way to flush the trani at home. I know with some vehicles you can drop and replace the pan, add X# of quarts of ATF and flush the torque convertor out by taking the cooler return line off and monitoring it until it runs clean. With this procedure you may have to also continue to add ATF so you don't run the system low.

Thanks

I would just drop the tranny pan, change the filter out and put the pan back on. The fill tube is under the exhaust crossover pipe. Its a 3400 by the way.
