On my Oldsmobile Intrigue 2000 GX the 16in wheels lost some of the gray plastic caps on the rf wheel, I guess the dealer sells them? any suggestions, also are you supposed to pop the plastic coversoff the wheel nut before removing them or does the plastic cover come off with the nut?? They come off just like if you were changing a tire (use the lug nut wrench that came with your car. But be careful went re-tightening. Hand tight with the wrench is all you need. You don't want to crack the new nut covers.
