Default Howdy Y'all

Just registered to this forum 'cause I don't believe you can sign up for too many. I use the same name anywhere I can so if you've seen the name before, it's probably me. I am the proud owner (sorta) of a '67 Cutlass Convertible that is in desperate need of TLC. I let my first '67 get away from me while living in Phoenix and I have always wanted it back. When this one popped up locally I had to have it. Warts and all. It does run, but the head gasket(s) leak. I have a new set to put on it but it was 7 degrees at the house this morning so the engine work will hafta wait 'till warmer weather gets here. Hope everyone has a good day!

Glad you were able to land another Cutlass. 7 degrees in NM? Not that cold up north, here in WI!

If you are not on Classic Oldsmobile, you should be. A lot of knowledgeable Olds folk hang out there -

I am already on CO, and I found this place through the Wild About Cars website. 55 degrees at the house right now, but I'm in Colorado this week for cold weather survival/snow cat certification training. Kinda like that time vs. money thing when working on cars.
