I'm new to the forum from Alaska and wanted to say hi to all the
members and find out a bit more about the board.

I've got a very special project that just came home, a 1969 4-4-2, and
not just any one but my dads. My aunt bought it new in '69 and when my
dad graduated it was given to him as a gift. Then in 2001 my parents
divorced and he wouldn't sell it to me at the time. Then last Saturday my
grandfather passed away and that night my soon to be husband called me
and told me he had found and bought back my dad's 4-4-2. I know it
was my grandfather.

So now she's safely back in the family and there is so much to do!
