Default Heating and Cooling a cabin

I am purchasing a small cottage in Dublin of circa 400 square feet with no heating. I am looking for the cheapest way to install heating and believe storage heating may be the way to go, but am having difficulty locating a contractor to supply and install the system, or even purchase them myself and locate an electrician to put them in. Any suggestions on who to contact to either buy them myself and get an electrician, or a company that might do the whole job? I anticipate that 3 units will be required.
I have looked on the ESB shop website to no avail.

Thanks in advance.

Could use base board heaters, hell anything for that small of a cabin. A good women and some beer would work.
