I have been restoring a 56 olds from the ground up and I'm at the point where I need to put some new shoes on her. I am not sure exactly how to get the perfect size I'm wanting, and I dont want to screw up considering the proper back spacing, width, and rim size.

Does anyone know any sites that can help with this? All I'm getting is places that just want the sizes of course, but I guess I need a little more guidance then that. It would be nice if a shop could give some options of what fits the car. Not going to be that easy I guess.

I'm thinking maybe 8in wide with 0 backspace, and maybe a 17 in rim. Ann all chrome or chrome and black 5 point star look for the rim. Is the 56 olds a 5x5 or 5x 4.50 bolt pattern? Plus the 3 in whole cut out in the center of the rim.

I know it's a lot of questions here, but please any help would be great. I'm struggling on finding the right sizes that will be as big as I can get without rubbing issues. Please help.
