A\C Compressor questions

I have a 97 Bravada,4.3L and I need to identify the compressor to fix the clutch bearing whine.I can see where there used to be a sticker,but it's gone.
Is this this an H6,or an HT6?
Also,can I remove the clutch without discharging the system?It doesn't leak at all,it just needs the bearing replaced.
