thx a lot for you help,
I gave up on the "let-make-it-original" and welded a tension pulley on the bracket..

after 14 years my olds waited she is now riding!

thx for you help, without you it would have taken me ages..

Hi

I tried to take some photos and even make a short footage,
but the light is very dark, so I will do it next time the car will be lifted.

in general, we welded another pulley just to make the belt away from the pump.
