Default My 92 left some big shoes to fill. 98 is not up to it

I had a 92 "88: Royal LS witch I loved so much that when it was totaled (hit buy an F250 at read light) I bough the same model car as a replacement but a few years newer, a 98 "88" LS. So far I am unimpressed. The 92 was a car that no matter where you looked it just screamed quality. The 98 seams well, just less then.

It seams Olds did away with some of the little amenities that made the 92 so nice.

*There are no cornering curtesy lights.
*No washer fluid low light
*No coolant level low light. _likely will just trigger generic check engine light
*No light under the hood
*Maybe its just me but there seams to be a lot more road noise. (can someone confirm this?)
*Seats are not as comfortable, the backs ar to short - 98 has leather :-(
*A lot less leg room in front.
*And some other things like the way the hood closed on a seal on the 92 making a seamless line.
