My 94 regency, when heater temp is set, blows hot air out of driver dash vents and cold air out of passenger side vents. My wife is mad, we are traveling for Christmas to the north and I need a starting point to start looking.

 

I would say a blend door is stuck somewhere in the dash. I may be vacuum controlled and it lost vacuum somewhere.
