When I turn on my heat It only comes out of the floor vents but it blows hot... Please help

 

You either have a bad vacuum ball (on the firewall), the vacuum hoses are not connected properly, or the vacuum lines are toasted. Another couple of things that could be an issue would be the control panel being bad or the diaphragms on the vent door control being bad. There is a lot to look over.
