Default random misfires

Ok I had the manifold gasket (front and back) replaced as well as all the spark plugs (might as well since they gotta turn the engine). I didnt have the time nor desire to do this task myself thus the reason of having a repair shop do it. Ever since I have had misfire after misfire. They replaced the plug wires and I still get misfires. I had the coil pack checked at autozone and it came back fine. I checked the map sensor and it is working just fine. The last thing I checked is the pre 02 sensor (the one before the cad converter). I am getting the proper volatages to the sensor. The service engine soon light will not go away. I even removed power to the PCM for at least 10 minutes (got distracted long story) and as soon as I put power to the vehicle (after reconnecting PCM of course) service engine soon light is still present. Again autozones scanner says it is a lean condition bank 1. What else could I possibly test before attempting to remove the O2 sensor and replacing it?

I will say when flooring the van thats when the service engine soon flash's (proving misfiring even though im not feeling it). This is why I am leaning towards the o2 sensor now.
