The steering wheel is not locked with the keys not in ignition. When I try to start car it has power to everything just will not turn over. This is not the normal security light won't start problem. Security light not blinking like the typical security light problem. 2002 Alero 116K miles. Any ideas?

 

Replaced both the ignition switch and cylinder and nothing changed.

 

I'm having the same issue with mine I replaced the safety neutral switch. And it did nothing I could use some help if anyone knows
