When under hard acceleration my rpms shoot up but my speed doesnt increase very quickly and the rpms will come back down and the car will suddenly start accelerating faster then red line for a couple of seconds then finally shift. This has been happening for a couple weeks now and i have stopped driveing the car now. Need help on what to do to fix this problem. Also my Parking Break has stopped working. Any help and advice would be great.

 

id suggest taking it to a tranny tech and have him diagnose it. plus check your transmission fluid level it might be stickin because of lack of lubrication. let me no how it turns out
