i have a 99 intrigue 3.5 i notice that my brake fluid was black someone told me that i must drain the brake line where is that found exactly help.....

 

unless you are a qualified mechanic i would not start this procedure. the lines must be flushed of the old fluid and new fluid installed. then the brakes may need to have the air flushed from the system . my rule of thumb is if i dont fully understand the problem or solution , leave it to someone who does.
